High Altitude Tips
Traveling from sea level to high altitude one typically losses
their appetite thus we have created a lighter affair for your arrival meal.
Some Tips:  Drink lots of water prior to leaving sea level. Easy on the wine or alcohol upon arrival and drink Carbonated Water helps bring oxygen to the Brain.  Chewing Gum relieves pressure/might help prevent a headache. Take deep breathes and start from you abdomen.
